Strike request on xXranklinXx

He has been continuously disrespectful to me, using excuses to get out of commands, and this is why I am requesting a strike on him. I am sick of this.

Justin haven't you just demoted him?

1. I cannot actually see him refusing it in this screenshot, i can see you breaking a rule though; using caps in base.

2. its a old out dated picture, why is this all of a sudden posted?

Rhys, he was trying to get out of it by saying I can't ATT in front of the desks, and also I was gathering evidence for a strike.

There has been 3 action requests against him now and something must be done, because after countless warnings and demotions, he isn't changing.

He's not changing cos you won't leave him alone. I once had a problem with him, I left him alone and we respect each other now. Sometimes justin you need to just let things go

Rhys I can see four on my phone, the reason he's being disrespectful to Justin is cos Justin is hardly showing any respect towards him. "Treat people how you want to be treated"

if that is the case, shaun. then i agree yes... Show respect, to receive respect.

This argument between rankin and justin has been going on before the last day of the temporary base, due to Justin considering transferring, and it's basically tit for tat, they've both had a go at each other, therefore I think that if rankin gets one, so should justin..

You guys just don't get it. He even evaded his demotion, he put his motto as <Demoted> and I fixed it. Next time I come on, he's LCU promoted by Harper. You guys just don't get it.

2. Causing a unnecessary bad atmosphere in FBI
3. Arguing, using caps a lot in base(I can't really talk I know)
4. Making another member of the FBI uncomfortable, taking him to your room and scolding him?

There should atleast me a Demotion in this Situation.
