    I am putting on a strike 1 on xXranklinXx because he is continuesly being disrespectful. He told pat (goth199945) to shut up, he told me to shut up, and he also told me to jog on, now i have given him strike 1 and i think this should be approved because handbook says no disrespect or bullying.

    I dont find this strikeable - Demote him instead.

    Strikes are for serious offences not light like this.
