Things that have been on my mind for a little while.

I heard that Officer cannot Receive strikes - Does this seem Fair? If it is going on, I think they should be able to receive Strikes so they have a chance to learn from their mistakes so it isn't just Warning-Demotion-Fire

I have seen we do not have as much allies as we did - Maybe we could re-add some back? Like FBINY as such.

3.
There seems to be a rise in people using caps within the base - I think something should be done about it.

Bumpy cars

1. Officers are allowed to recieve strikes, all ranks are. I've striked officers before. It's just that Officers are not as big as a problem than rso+.

2. It's not easy to just 're-add' allies to the FBI. They both have to agree on terms.

3. People should not be using caps excessively in the first place, if you have any problems please talk to a higher rank about it.

Recruits can also be striked, but you don't have to log it. This means that you can strike a recruit for breaking a rule, but only remember it or note it for yourself. If you see them continuing after a demotion and the strikes you can fire them.

Officers can be striked or fired without request by hr - but don't abuse it as it's only for serious offences also make officers feel welcomed not like they are in prison.

Rso+ strikes/fire must be requested and approved by Tm or above

Only request strike/fire requests for serious offences and and ensure that person has been warned/demoted for this offence ready

Remember to always take screenshots as a higher rank may ask for evidence if it's brang up
