XxBelzxX joining fbi

I dont know if anyone remembers but XxBelzxX came into base and started swearing and doing some other things, i put this this on old forums and it got dealt with but now she is joining the fbi. Should she be allowed to join after doing the thing she done? (Precaution)

She said sorry and said it was her Brother when i investigated it deeper. To be honest she needs to explain why she did it. i know what she did because was there when she was fired anyway but i was the one who trained her just to say.
